i was download version 2.0.3 and there is the problem the gauges looks good but not load the data. the realtimegauge.txt works good.

It does not look like you are using the steelseries.min.js file from v2.0.3 ?

It looks like you have the same UTF-8 encoding problem that you had before - just make sure ALL the files are saved in UTF-8 format, and the main page specifies UTF-8 encoding - you have: charset=iso-8859-7

The index.html file is coming from the server in gzip format, but when uncompressed the characters are corrupt, which indicates to me that the source file is also like that. Does it look OK if you FTP the file back from the web server to your desktop and open it your editor?

I don't know what to suggest, I know it works if you encode everything as UTF-8, as can be seen where I have put your page on my web site here:
http://weather.wilmslowastro.com/greek.htm

The gauges are in English because it is using my live scripts, but you can see they are in UTF-8 and no corruption - no 'funny' characters around the degree symbols.

It is hard to tell from you pasted above, because that my be a problem with the forum encoding. As I asked before does the download file look OK in your editor?

After you edit it, can you FTP upload the html file (and the other files) in binary mode rather than text?

in my computer-with windows xp-in the folder cumulus/web the files are index and indexT the current coding is ANSI. i saved both files in utf-8 . but when i update to cumulus the file indexT stay still in utf-8 and the file index return to ANSI...

Ah, right, got it, Cumulus is processing the file periodically, and Cumulus does not understand UTF-8

Is there anything on that page than needs to be updated by Cumulus? (I can't see anything)
If not I would disable the Cumulus processing.
The 'template' gauges page only needs to have the 'static' boiler plate text - station name, location, etc - filled in, which you could do manually once, then upload the page to your web server.

Also, your wind rose will look better if you change the configuration in Cumulus to use 8 points rather than 16.
