Help with forecast bar and change of max temp on gauge

Post by enzoweb »

Hi,

I've just installed these, love the look, but have a couple of things not working.

The forecast bar just shows "not available" - and this is also in the realtimegauges.txt file:

"SensorContactLost":"0","forecast":"Not available","tempunit":"C"

Where does it get the forecast information from?

Secondly, I live in Australia and it gets over 40C in Summer, so I changed the max temp value to 50. That worked, but I would like the gauge background for the 40-50C range to show red (like the humidity). I've had a poke around the js files but can't see anywhere obvious (I'm not a coder).

Finally - how do I make this the default page when I click on the "gauges" link from the main page? It keeps going to the old gauges.htm page (which doesn't work properly).

This is my site : http://14.201.64.210:8080/

The gauges page is : http://14.201.64.210:8080/gauges-ss.htm

Thanks

The gauges will auto-rescale as the temperature goes up. Wait for the next release when much more of this is 'user' configurable.

You have to edit all the xxxxxT.htm files in your Cumulus web folder

You haven't uploaded/created the required files and directories, as described in the help ("Creating a web site") and the wiki.
"forecast":"Not available"
To get Cumulus to generate a forecast, make sure 'Cumulus forecast' is ticked on the Station settings screen.
