Sorry to be a bore - have reposted this in which seems to be the correct area.
I have now uninstalled and reinstalled cumulus / steel gauges /web directory five times and each time I end up with the same bug in steel gauges.
Error can be seen at http://bearwolf.uk/weather/gauges-ss.htm
I know it will be me but I cannot fathom out what I have done wrong.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Many thanks

Re: Set up problem
Your realtimegauges.txt file, here - http://bearwolf.uk/weather/realtimegauges.txt - is actually the unprocessed template. Have you simply omitted to tick the 'process' box?

Re: Set up problem
Could you show screenshots of the 'sites/options' and 'files' tabs of the Cumulus internet settings?

I have also included screenshot of ftp structure
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Re: Set up problem
What does the start of that first entry on the files tab look like? Does it have the same mistake with the drive letter as the second entry? "C\Cumulus\web..." should be "C:\Cumulus\web..."
If the first entry is actually correct, turn on ftp logging in Cumulus for a minute or two, and then attach the realtimeftplog.txt file.
