While waiting on my 1st station to arrive I readup and downloaded as much info and as many trial programs as I could ...
Bottom line is obvious and while I have/can run it on 3 PCs ( A Win 7 , Win 7 Starter and Win 8 ) as well as a Benq monitor and two HD Tvs being used as monitors I have had no issues or problems . I have modified the colours to suit the conditions and Im typing this standing in the potting shed using a HP mini connected to a TEAC TV as a monitor . One of the main reasons I use Cumulus is that I currently have 4 additional sensors and with go to 9 sooner or later and can see them scroll on the main screen .

I have found the software easy to use and if you the " user" take the time to READ the help files and forums you will sort out most if not all of your problems . My experience to date.

Regards ,
Holty

Indeed, forgotten how many times I had to fix people printers, webcams etc. because they just plugged it in and then read the manual and discovered they were supposed to install the software first!!

Yep know it well. Then you have to uninstall the drivers and start over. Easy money though

Some peripherals even come with stickers over the ports now to avoid that problem.

Updated to the new release on a little win 7 with no dramas then moved it onto a new win 8 machine that I purchased specifically to run Cumulus . Had a few little issues but as usual after I READ the FAQs . Well done Steve .
