Yesterday webtag
Thanks Steve for the <#yesterday> webtag, which I requested only a short while ago. Brilliant to have it included in the very next beta build. This is astonishingly good service. I have donated again - your support for and development of Cumulus is without peer!
I already have the tag in action, using the format parameters as you suggested: http://www.longley.fr/weather/yesterday.htm

Re: Yesterday webtag
<#yesterday> is useful for those with midnight rollovers,
but if you have 9am or 10am rollover, it is wrong in the period between midnight and rollover hour, so a yesterday tag that worked like <#metdate> would be more helpful ?

Use the 'format' parameter; see the last section of the web tags help page, or the wiki, here: http://wiki.sandaysoft.com/a/Webtags#Ti ... _Parameterkc2kzz wrote:How did you get the day of the week to show up? Mine only display's 12/3/2012.

Re: Yesterday webtag
Hi Steve,
I implemented the <#yesterday> tag as well, but only see () after 'Yesterday's Date'...
Is the tag 'activated' after the first rollover time (midnight tonight)..???
Thanks,
Arthur

Re: Yesterday webtag
No, it should work straight away. Make sure you've got the 'case' correct, it has to be <#yesterday> all lower case. If you can't work out what the problem is, zip up the template and attach it.avoorpool wrote:I implemented the <#yesterday> tag as well, but only see () after 'Yesterday's Date'...

Edit: according to your web site, you're still using build 1053?

Re: Yesterday webtag
Your template is correct. The problem is that you're apparently not using the build of Cumulus which introduced the web tag (1054).

Hi Steve,
Oops
You're always 'too fast' with new builds
I try to keep up with them, but haven't checked lately.
My appology.
Will update right away!!!
Cheers,
Arthur

metdateyesterday webtag
Steve
Back in build 1055 on 9 December 2012, you introduced web tag <#metdateyesterday> as promised earlier in this thread. Has anybody been using it?
I've just run my test page (as first mentioned in https://cumulus.hosiene.co.uk/viewtopic.p ... 3&start=11, but attached again in the zip) on your current build 1057 and it includes that new web tag and other more recent new tags. I have included a screen extract above with the two metdate tags. My current session of running Cumulus, is short, rollovers were done based on logged data. So I may not be doing a valid test, but it looks like the newer tag could be processing the wrong date?
