Cumulus Support

Seems to have been running fine , but i have noticed the last few mornings its frozen and has the downloading data screen up but nothings being done, i have to end task and restart cumulus the it gets the data and is fine till the next morning seems to be around 7-8 am using a F/O station.

Please zip up the diags folder and attach it.

You have an issue with your USB connection, or with the station itself. Communication between the PC and the station is intermittent, and eventually it stops responding altogether. You have 'restart if data stops' set, so Cumulus restarts at that point. When you find it with the 'downloading data' screen showing, it's still unable to communicate with the station after the restart.
