Solar data in 1.9.1 web pages

The 'standard' web pages in 1.9.1 include a few items which require your station to have a solar sensor. I've created a FAQ for those of you who don't have a solar sensor and might want to remove those items from the web pages, to save you having to search the forum to find where I previously gave the instructions.
