- Plot latest gust instead of recent max gust for FO stations not using 10-minute average
- Display bearing of zero degrees and '---' when calm

Build 598 available:

Makes the recent 'plot latest gust' facility into an option (see display configuration). Default is 'off' (i.e. plot 10-minute peak).

The plan (there's a plan?) is that this will be the last 1.8.4 beta before release.
