Re: At last
Your IP address has changed. You can't reliably use an IP address for a URL when you have a dynamic IP address; when your ISP decides to give you a different IP address, your link no longer works. If you want to host on your own PC, you have to use a dynamic DNS provider like http://www.no-ip.com/

Re: At last
Use Yawcam in a different way. Instead of using the IP address get it to save to a jpeg file every 2 mins (you choose the timing) using the File option in the settings menu and upload that picture to your website using Cumulus Realtime upload feature and Steve's webcam.htm code with the name of your picture you upload in it.
That is what I do here http://dmjsystems.co.uk/weather/webcam.htm

Re: At last
You will find the webcam.htm file in web folder in the Cumulus directory. Alter it to point at your named picture in your web server directory and add it and your webcam photo to your Files area within Cumulus Internet files settings as per the picture below (I have highlighted the two files, my picture and the webcam htm page).

Re: At last
There's no webcam page supplied with Cumulus. I don't think I've ever provided one.forestedge wrote:I have set up a webcam using Yawcam but cannot find the webcam.htm file in my web folder or any reference in the forum. Does this come with the original Cumulus download or is it a modified template?

Re: At last
No there isn't a Cumulus webcam.htm template
You can use mine if you like....you'll need to modify it though to your specs
Here it is without all the tat I have added: http://www.ironeagleuk.co.uk/cumulus/webcamtemp.html
Here is my version of it: http://www.ironeagleuk.co.uk/cumulus/webcam.htm
Am no web designer, but it seems to do the trick
I've atttached a copy of the basic one to this post
I've also attached a screenshot of my FTP settings in YawCam to help you set yours up
