I was away for a few days this week. When I left my website and webcam was running fine. While I was away, the computer Ip address was changed and so I returned to find a blanks set of images, no time lapse. All because something/someone had changed the Ip address of my computer.
Is there anyway around the problem ?
Is a static IP address the solution and where can I get one from
cheers

Re: Computer IP Addresses
Thanks for the above - gave up to complicated
Why o Why do companies have such good ideas yet make so complicated that the likes of me have no chance of understanding it.
It no doubt works, but they must make it easy and straightforward ( rant over )
