Cumulus Support

I have tried installing and setting up Cumulus Toobox, since doing so I keep getting up a warning message:-

Microsoft .net Framework

Unhandled exception

Argument 'Date1' cannot be converted to type 'Date'

Can anyone out there help please.

Try running Windows Updates and installing the latest Microsoft .net framework.
I think the latest is 4 although 2 seems to have fixed it for others.

What fixed it for me was:
Completing windows updates and installing .net framework 4
Rebooting - thats a must.
Reinstalling the toolbox.

Hopefully David will have more ideas for you.

Hi, Thanks for the advice, all up and running now, I had .net version 2 installed but it would not run, so after finding .net 4 and installing it, great everything settled down and no more error messages.

For me, this problem started yesterday.

So far I've deleted the old version of Toolbox, downloaded the latest version of Toolbox, cumuluswebtags.txt, updated Microsoft the latest version .NET Framework 4. Re-booted the computer and installed the new versions of Toolbox andcumuluswebtags.txt.

But I still get the error message, any ideas?

One of the consequences of the Toolbox problem is the failing of the programme to upload the Dayfile.txt for use by i-ICCP.

This has been resolved, please goto http://www.iiccp.co.uk/cumulus/ for the fix.
