Previously , I had the v2.2.1 and already encountered the error . I upgraded the web site to v2.2.3 from scrash and hoped it solve the trouble: but NO :bash: :x !

If you have any information how to solve or/and troubleshoot this problem, I would like appreciate. Thank's very much

If you are running PHP ver 8.x.x then there will be problems.

ASIAL (jpgraphs) has advised they are working on an update but no indication of when it will be available.

If PHP 8 is the issue then the only option right now is to revert to PHP 7.x.x.

Thank's for your speedly response.
I'm using the version 7.4.23 of PHP, I saw in the previous posts, there is problem with v8.0 and JpGraph.
One precision: Sometimes , it's working fine and the temperature graph is generated. I don't know why and the reason .

I have also a Release Candidate site , accessible here: https://planetehosting.com/weatherrc/ hosted on the same server, and it's working fine. I use it to validate upgrade of CUmulus.exe and Cumulus UI Website.

Thk's

Well I'm not sure why that is happening.

Others and my my public site running PHP 7.x.x seem to be working fine.

The jpgraph code has not been updated in years so I suppose it is possible there is something in there that is not compatible with some versions of PHP.

PHP 7.4.22 is that latest one I tested on my local development site.
My public site is running a older PHP version 7.4.16

I suppose it is also possible that something in the later versions of php 7 is causing problems for jpgraphs.

Sorry but I can't help any further at this time.

Hello, after the update from 2.2.1 to 2.2.3 (but also with 2.2.1) I have exactly the same problem ''JPGraph error: 2003. Number of X and Y points are not equal. Number of X-points: 7168 Number of Y-points: 7168''

I am using PHP 7.3.29 with Debian Buster on my RPI 3B+.

Version Cumulux: 3.13.0 (b3145)
Website: v2.2.3

Greetings Sjaak.

Well, that is very strange.
It is saying that the number is the same and not the same at the same time.

Is this a new problem - i.e. was it happening before you updated?
When you went back to 3.2.1 did you also revert the jpgraph folder as well?

I think this is an unrelated problem to the PHP 8 issue.
Still waiting on a update to jpgraphs package .

I just don't have an answer.

I have been testing everything I can think of and nothing fixes the current issue.
Everything was fine before but something has changed that I can't identify.

Hello,

I would like to work on this trouble:
On 'instrument' tab, I saw, the graph (first graph) with only 'Temperature/Apparent/Dewpoint/WIndChill) is working fine and appears correctly , but the second graph named "other temps" with sames graph plus 'Humidity' and 'FeelLike' is not working.
Is there a way to disable one by one the Humidity and FeelLike graph to know if the trouble come from one of these graphs ? I don't find anything in the ajaxCUmx.js file

Thank's for your help !

Note: Still have the trouble with latest version of Cumulus b3147

Regards,

Gentlemen and Ladies if required. In the DASHBOARD Admin under STATION SETTINGS, GRAPHS, DATA SERIES VISIBILITY, I initially "unticked" HUMIDEX and INDOOR TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITY. I believe that caused the JGRAPH ERROR 25003 Code. I went back and "ticked" all data. My graphs are now working at https://www.csrawxaq.com

Brian,
I have modified the "main.css" file to depict my website/logo colors. My MXUI site can be viewed @ https://csrawxaq.com. At your earliest convenience, could you please direct me to the "header" and "footer" wraps section? I am trying to change the background and font colors? Thank You, Sir!

Well it is a long time since I looked at the css files.

Will take a while to sort out all the areas that require changes.

Looking at the main.css, I see there are a number of colour codes that have not been changed so maybe you could start with those?

If you list all the css files and then look at the css files that are called in each php file you should be able to pick up the relevant css files that are unique to each php file.

Thank You, Brian! I did save back-up on main.css file before I made any changes. I will start with changing the color codes in main.css. I was careful not to change the color codes for LOW or HIGH data. Line 282 modal-header calls for background-image:url ('../img/sep-half.png'); I deleted that (Line 283) and changed the color codes on Lines 284 and 285. On Line 770 #footerwrap, I deleted Line 773 background-image:url and changed color codes on Lines 772, 778 and 784. No change occurred except the font color on footer wrap. I will research what the .css files are called for in each .php file. Once I change colors on main.css, then I will work on the other .css files.
