Hello,
thanks for this update, but i forgot something or you have to wait a bit to get the graph history, because i have nothing displayed? I resumed the configuration 3 times, but it does not work. :(

More, the page is not translated like the graphics page
recent.

I would also like to increase the caption text space below the graphics, I was unable to find or that this setting. If you could help me. Thank you

Hi,
I couldn't find https://www.meteo-orny.fr/1MX/alldailytempdata.json nor the other alldaily data files on your website. With CMX v3.9.2-b3097 you had to wait until a midnight rollover for the alldailyxxxxdata.json files to be uploaded. The new v3.9.3-b3098 does an update right away.

Do you have the alldailyxxxxdata.json files in your \CumulusMX\web folder. If so, you can manually FTP to your site, which will then be updated on the next daily update

Enjoy,
Paul

Thanks a lot, I found my error, a '/' instead of '\' in my FTP config.
Thank you PaulMy

PS: An idea to increase the text space of captions under graphics, I haven't found or changed this setting.
Thank you

I think you are correct.

The spacing cannot be changed as per the answer given me by Mark when I queried this when making the changes for the new charts.
The charts .js files calculate the spacing based on the English in the js files.

The grapfixPro / chart_xx.txt files apply the translation after the spacing has been determined.

In the supplied chart_xx.txt files, the translated text has been abbreviated where necessary to fit the English spacing.
I guess mimo57 has edited the chart_xx.txt trans file(s).

Hello,
indeed I was talking about the buttons below the graphics in the pages: charts
Capture.PNG
@BCJKiwi: Indeed I personalized the "FR" translation files so that they are closer to the translation of the meteorological baths "en", than a simple word for word translation which does not mean anything.

"Feels like" => "Se sent comme". whereas its more adequate translation would be: Temperature felt by the body.

Thank you for the explanations of the problems of the maximum number of characters to use.

Thank you BCJKiwi for Cumulus1UI.
I have it up and running but have a question on the displayed forecast.
In setting.php I have $show_forecast = 1;
On the Dashboard I was expecting to see a static version of the scrolling forecast displayed in the Vue Console tab.
Am I missing a setting somewhere?
Site is here :- http://www.fordingbridgeweather.co.uk/c ... /index.php

Thanks,

Please bear with my probably stupid question. With no previous experience I’ve set up a Raspberry Pi running CumulusMX (literally days before the copy SD card method was introduced!), thanks to the excellent wiki and forum entries and imported 10 years worth of data. I’m only using this locally for my own viewing and not uploading anywhere.

I’d like to try using the UI from this forum. Before I start experimenting, please will it work this way, e.g. viewable in the same way as the CumulusMX dashboard from localhost? Due to my total ignorance of web servers etc I’m not sure if it’s worth trying to get started or not, whether it’s possible to use it this way and how much skills I need. Thank you in advance.

Hi Linda,
The MXUIwebsite is intended to have a web presence with a very similar dashboard layout as the CumulusMX local dashboard, so designed for a website. It may well be there are some who could make it work on their local network but that is beyond me.

If you wanted to pursue a website of your own then there will be users here who will gladly share their experiences and offer help and guidance if needed.

Enjoy,
Paul
