But adding to the above: the English version does use a comma as decimal seprator which I think is incorrect.
The French version uses the comma as well.

Are the locales changed with the language?

If you used this template, the answers to your questions would be self evident.

AFAIK ET shouldn't be returning a number like that ?
@uktricky - you are running an ecowit station ?
Have you told any options otherwise, or said show ET somewhere ?
@Mark - if you are reading ....
Where could he get (possibly just zero) a three dec place value <#ET> from ?

@ uktricky
Are your decimal points actually square blocks ??
If so that may well be your problem
AFAIK CumulusMX can't produce that form of decimal point.

Re: CumulusMX and Cumulus1 UI style Multilingual Websites
Wasn't aware my Ecowitt (GW1000A) was doing any ET and certainly not set anywhere and my WeeWx doesn't report anything for ET ... In the CumulasMX application I've got all my decimal places at 1 with the exception of rain which is 2. Interesting ask, I've certainly not set anything to show a square block
I've had to blow the web server side away as I'd messed too much so will be recreating so hoping that I can repeat my instructions to rebuild easily to test again
It'd be useful if this forum had a MXUI Topic and different threads within it as I know this thread has a couple of problems/issues being followed Just an idea

The ET tag uses the number rain decimals + 1 by default.
Only the Davis VP2 station generates ET as far as I can recall - sorry out on a customer site today.

Why add an extra decimal place? The ET tag uses the number rain decimals + 1 by default
According to Davis, ET is the inverse of rain so why would there be more decimal places in ET than there are in Rain?
The resolution provided by a Davis Pro station for Evapotranspiration is 0.01" or 0.1mm, the same as Rainfall.

Because it generally has a *much* lower range than rainfall.

Don't follow that reasoning.
It might apply to the whole numbers but as the station only delivers 2 decimal places, how does adding an extra decimal place make a difference?

guys sorry, but I'm not very good. I have fixed almost everything, but there are 2 errors that escape me the first one concerns how the current daily data page is viewed
the second is trivial, but I can't find where I can change this slot

For 2nd issue, read line 215 (onwards) of How To that Brian provided with his download.
You are displaying the default Filler.
The "How To" says you should edit line 111 (onwards) of settings.php on your web server.

Re: CumulusMX and Cumulus1 UI style Multilingual Websites
Nope, it sends 3 dps.
EDIT: Though the annual value is only sent to 2 dp, and after a check of the code, that is what MX is usingDay ET This value is sent as the 1000th of an inch.

Hi,
There you will find the various block options, including the indxblk_filler.php. These are displayed or replaced depending on your settings and which data items you have selected to display.
You could also edit the indxblk_filler.php with a different image.
Enjoy,
Paul
Have you FTP all the files and folders, including css from the annualdata\webfilesMX to your remote?but there are 2 errors that escape me the first one concerns how the current daily data page is viewed
This is controlled by the index.phpthe second is trivial, but I can't find where I can change this slot
