Cumulus Support

Spent a couple of hours trying to arrange things with moving Cumulus to another PC. The problem came up with Cumulus tool box. I can not set webtags in file / setup / general (shaded field) .... It seems that everything is OK .... cumuluswebtags.txt in Cumulus folder, process thicked and processed (before installing CTB) from cumuluswebtags.txt to cumuluswebtags.php on server. ..try several times, the process works, but still without results (still shaded field ...
Also, CTB shows the "FTP details are not configured within Cumulus" error even though the Cumulus.ini file and the "data" folder are copied from the old installation .....
Any help please?
