Re: Stevenson Shield
Hi Gordon,
Orion has a detailed design for a very good Stevenson / radiation screen (for use with the WH1081),
that I have recently built (with a few modifications to), which does a great job, looks good and will
last for ages. It is a stacked bowl version, rather than a square vented one.
See thread here: https://cumulus.hosiene.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=5023
Hope this helps.

Re: Stevenson Shield
Sorry only just replied, but very busy at the moment.
I got the bowl's here: http://isabis-leisure.co.uk/index.php?r ... uct_id=255
The modifications I did, were to use 4No. threaded rods, instead of the 3No that Orion used.
Also I have the screen, bottom mounted on two brackets, rather than top mounted, so I could
utilise my exisiting Solar Fan (from my previous screen), positioned on top.
