Davies 6382 humid/temp sensor

Hi there how are you guys.
I am building my own humidity and temperature data logger and i already bought the davies 6382 humidity sensor. The problem i have faced is that there is no information on the internet or its manufacturer regarding calibrating it.
Can some one help me on how i can calibrate this sensor by myself, i need information on the mathematical relation between humidity and capacitance and also the relationship between temperature and resistance, and also to know which wires are for humidity and which ones are for temperature.....
