GDay from a newbie

GDay all

I have had Ambient Wx running for years and it / pc just died on me.
Have a spare pc to replace it.
Trying cumulus now - removed all VWS software - installed latest Cumulus.
I use xp sp3 and cumulus weather software is only prog installed on pc.
The WS 2308 is running - and shows on display as always.
It is connected to pc via a real serial port (no usb/serial)
When I run Cumulus no information from WS 2308 is showing on the screen.

Any ideas

Could you zip up the diags folder and attach it, please.

The only reason that I can see for it not working might be that you have not set the serial port number (i.e. it is still zero).
