La Crosse 4 day forecast software

I have La Crosse/Prodigital 4 day Forecast Weather Station which comes with software designed for Microsoft Vista which won't load on to a Win. 10 machine. The part number on the readout is 'WF5000-11' and the software on the disc is 'INSTALL-1940.EXE' which won't load on to my machine. I was told that Cumulus would work, if so which version do I download and how do I get it working?
