Did anybody have any suggestion how to fix error that upon start of cumulus problem from subject occurs?
And as I see from log WS and software communicate because values are changing, in Cumulus window I can see that software get new data every 8 sec...?
I tried to change port speed but whatever I choose after approx 30 seconds I get actual data but window remains.

It's something that seems to happen on some systems, as far as I can tell. Cumulus tells Windows to close the window, but it doesn't get closed. I don't remember there being a solution.

Well it isn't some critical issue since (as I can notice ) doesn't cause any data loss.
