I don't know about your specific requirements but Host Presto have been very good for me since Steve stopped hosting. I pay around £25 per annum and the customer service is excellent. If you sign up please mention my name as I get a credit.

1and1/Ionos aren't bad. I have a VPS with them so don't actually do the web hosting thing, but I've heard they are reasonable.

Re: the best hosting ??
ionos for Cumulus is a joke. You have to use 3rd party tools to allow realtime uploads. I just moved away from them to hostgator. I do run several sites so I need a reliable host

dazza1223 - don't you run your site from a database and use SQL to update it from Cumulus?

Re: the best hosting ??
not with cumulus.. I had to use sshpass and pass the realtime updates via variables to get it to work with them. It wasn't possible to FTP, had a long session on support about it.
i.e.
create 3 text files and use the external program option in cumulus to then run a command to ftp the files.. i.e. one of mine was
cu1.txt
put /home/pi/CumulusMX/realtime.txt
put /home/pi/CumulusMX/wxnow.txt
put /home/pi/CumulusMX/web/realtime.xmltmp realtime.xml
sshpass -p password sftp -oBatchMode=no -oStrictHostKeyChecking=no -b /home/pi/cu2.txt uxxxx-weather@ftp.co.uk

Re: the best hosting ??
I didn't use MYSQL with them, this was just when I used the flat files. It was a pain
