New website UI feedback

Hi to you all!
I've recently build the new interface for my (hobbistic) website. Would you like to give me some advice?
Once the desktop version is finished and mobile versione optimized... I hope to make the template public on github.
On the top/right there is the menu: HOME (with static page generated by Cumulus and Dark Sky API for the current conditions and forecast), GRAFICI (with dynamic MySQL database via CRUD API), WEBCAM and STORICO (currently with beteljuice dayfile reader. Not yet rebuilt.)
