so dost that mean that WU-forecast.php will shut down or no body knows?

Re WU-forecast.php, I don't know -- I'll send them a message regarding the API changes. If the suggested Weather.com API is expensive (for hobbyist accesses), then I'll just discontinue the WU-forecast.php script and find some other method to provide international forecasts for the World template.
