I have moved my web site because the previous provider "grandfathered" their provision of home pages. They didn't say anything until I asked, after Cumulus gave an error on not being allowed to log in to FTP. Grrrr!
I am now at biz.nf - site is www.spinneyhill.co.nf. Yes, the free domain name is a company in Norfolk Island, but that is near home (New Zealand). In fact the URL is only one letter different to what it would be in NZ!
I also asked Crazy Domains if it would work there. The answer was yes. They might actually be a better option because they have no limit on bandwidth, whereas biz.nf have a 5 GB/mo. limit.
