5-7 day foercast strip

Post by K8POS »

Anyone know of a good USA base 5-7 day forecast that I can add to one of my web pages.
Just need one of those horizontal layouts with the little graphics for the 5-7 days.
I know weather underground has those stickers. I have their NexRad radar working in one of my pages.

Thanks :D

5 to 7 days is a bit reachy for a forecast.

I use a script from Saratoga that pulls NWS's forecast and displays a summary strip with details on the same page.

His scripts page: http://saratoga-weather.org/scripts-carterlake.php

Sample on my site:
https://www.tnetweather.com/forecast

The across strip is about 4 to 4-1/2 days. The detail goes a bit further. Accuracies change as time gets closer and many of the forecasts especially around here are a bit iffy the further out they are.

If you select French language on this http://www.komokaweather.com/komokaweat ... recast.php is that what you are looking for?

If I recall correctly I downloaded it from Ken's http://saratoga-weather.org/index.php Scripts>Forecasts > Wunderground forecast with icons - multi-lingual.

Re Chance of snow, I have not done a good job keeping my languages file up to date

Enjoy,

I found this one and have been liking it so far:

http://blog.forecast.io/forecast-embeds/

Usually with in 2 degrees of what my station reads will also give severe weather alerts if one is listed in your area. Takes you to your local National Weather Service page to see what the warning is all about.

And it is free
