there was no errors in the console at the time I had problems.

I have got it to work now, it was because the web address in CumulusRealtime.xml was wrong.
Now it is loading and the gauges are working OK.

I am blocked at loading data.

The link you give somehow pulls up the .xml data eventhough there is no extension !

However; it does look as though that might be where the problem is

I get a blank page when I try that link.

Indeed. The error console reports: Error: Unhandled Error in Silverlight 2 Application Invalid character in the given encoding. Same as reported by meteotortosa in this thread: https://cumulus.hosiene.co.uk/viewtopic.p ... 1&start=40

Until I get chance to resolve it, you'll have to restrict yourself to non-accented characters.

Hi Steve. Uploaded all the Cumulus realtime files to my site. Displayed ok with the link to your site, however on changing the realtime.txt URL to http://levinweather.host22.com/realtime.txt the page just sits there loading?? http://levinweather.host22.com/CumulusRealtime.html

Yes I had noticed that. The realtime.txt file is there as the banner uses it. Strange!

When I try to view your realtime.txt file, I sometimes get a blank page and sometimes a 404 (with Firefox), but always a 404 with IE. I don't know how the banner script is apparently managing to get data from that. I am wondering if your realtime.txt is actually not going to http://levinweather.host22.com/realtime.txt and wherever it is actually going, the PHP banner script manages to pick it up from there, but http does not. If you turn on ftp logging, the realtimeftplog.txt file may give a clue.
