Sudden drop in Barometric Pressure

Post by StuartW »

I just checked the my trends page and noticed a drop from 1024.3hPa to 1013.1hPa in 5 minutes... i presume this isn't normal? It isn't a spike as the values either side are steady. Any Ideas

TIA

Did the drop occur just after restarting Cumulus?

Edit: I managed to track down your web site, and from the shape of your graphs it looks like you had just restarted Cumulus. So it's almost certainly this: http://wiki.sandaysoft.com/a/FAQ#My_pre ... dropped.21

Now you come to mention it, I was experimenting with some USB port sharing software so I could play at reading data from the receiver unit while continuing logging, but it crashed cumulus.. so yes...
