Cumulus Support

Hi all. New on here so please be gentle.

I have an issue with my data this morning. Essentially I cannot download anything to Cumulus from my Aercus 3083. When connecting it says downloading data, but its as if nothing is there. After a few seconds the error light starts flashing. I have run things fine for five months, it was working yesterday, and I have changed no settings.

Any ideas?

Best is to switch on debug and data logging and post the logfile here.
After inspection the number of ideas is probably higher than before
