I keep getting an error message about the offset I have to put on for a correct pressure reading on Cumulus. This offset of +8.80 then agrees with my console (WS2083) and the local airport approx 1 mile away.
Anyone else have this problem?

Re: Cumulus pressure calibration
You shouldn't have to use an offset if you have set your Fine Offset up correctly. I think you are not using the Relative reading, see this Wiki article. https://cumuluswiki.wxforum.net/a/FAQ#C ... et_console

Re: Cumulus pressure calibration
Thanks Dave01 for the info. I set the consol to relative pressure from absolute and the reading was 8.80 lower than the local met office. radio and various other sources. So whilst still in REL I changed the local display to the met office reading. Cumulus still needs the offset of +8.8 for the correct pressure reading.

Re: Cumulus pressure calibration
Finally managed to get my Aercus on relative pressure! Everything now ok with no offsets. Many thanks for you help. Much appreciated.

Re: Cumulus pressure calibration
Great, thought it should work never had any problems on my Fine Offsets or rebadges, so I had a feeling that was what is was.

Re: Cumulus pressure calibration
I frequently have to adjust the offset to match local pressure. My 1080 jumps as much as +/- 20 mB for some reason, usually accompanied by a 'USB failed' report. Just reset and jiggle the data
