WEA22 up the swanny ?

Hi all.
Came back from skiing to discover the outside temp , wind rain was just dashes on the monitor, changed batteries in transmitter but still no joy. Bought inside, changed them again still no joy. Did a dummy install and still no joy.
Connected to Cumulus and apparently had a high of 21 degrees at 6.39 on Jan 18th and 125 mph wind on Jan 1st !!!!
Am I right in thinking it's stuffed ?
