This is a common occurrence with Fine Offset weather stations and not a bug in Cumulus. You should use the spike removal settings to stop readings like this being used. Steve included the feature to overcome this type of problem with some weather stations.

And regarding the bugreport.txt file, it looks like you used the all-time record editor and tried to set a value to 'empty'. The code should really cope with this and complain rather than creating the bugreport.txt file, but setting a value to 'empty' is not a very useful thing to try to do. It's sometimes hard to think of everything a user might try to do to break the program
