I use the offset (the first one) and the program tells me it can located it and gives me an error. I tried the 2nd one and the same thing. So what can I do?

Did you follow the installation guide for Cumulus?
Did you close Easy Weather before you started Cumulus?

You need the first Fine Offset station type (without solar sensor). If Cumulus says 'station not found', then possibly as Randy suggests, you have Easyweather running, or if not then Windows hasn't detected the station. If it's definitely plugged in properly, then it may be faulty. You could try a full reset (remove batteries and USB cable).

I can't see how the USB cable when bad, but that is what it was. It's working fine now. Thanks for the reply.

P.S. Steve - Great improvement since the last one. Keep up the good work.
