I was wondering if anyone heard of such a service or program that can "look at" radar images and plot what time it will start and stop raining at your exact location?
I get this using an iphone app called Carrot which predicts rain start/stop within a minute or two. But I'd like to pull such a feed to my local station, integrated with CumulusMX and my office wall display.
