I stumbled across another weather network, based in Italy I think? (Just looked at the domain name doh! 
)
I translated the sign up page by using Chrome's inbuilt one, filled in the details, and waited for a confirmation email. I was accepted quite quickly!
They just read your realtime.txt (or whatever your equivalent is) - I'm the only one in the UK so far .. they emailed me to pass the word around to try and get more UK stations onboard, so I thought it would be OK to put it in here?!

I'm always partial to adding my data where I can, especially when there's a map involved. I like to look at amateur stations if there is severe weather around Europe, so I expect others do to.
