WMR200 Connection Not Recognised

Hi,

I'm hoping someone can help after a frustrating day trying to identify why my WMR200 is no longer recognised by my laptop.

I tried to connect it today and the laptop just doesn't recognise it. The last time I successfully connected was the 28th October 2015.

I've tried the following:

1. A different cable
2. Successfully connected a different device in the same USB port
3. Refreshing the drivers on the USB ports
4. Resetting my WMR200 by unplugging from the mains and removing the batteries
5. Opening Cumulus to see if it recognises it
6. Connecting it to a different PC

When I plug the cable on to the laptop the WMR200 displays USB on the touch screen but it's still not recognised on the laptop.

Windows wise I'm on Windows 10

Any ideas? Following the strong winds and high rainfall this weekend I was hoping to download my data and review the stats.
