Yes, the python code pulls it from the website and parses it agains another file, to work out what fields should be displayed against which title.
I'd rather get the file locally but being a n00b to python I havent had a look at the complexities of getting a file from a windows box with all of its assosiacted security in place... maybe this weeknd if it rains enough haha

I note with glee that there is a beta for CumulusMX , top work Steve, I feel this might be quite interesting to combine the two
