I am trying to use the Sager Weathercaster in other locations (creating a JavaScript from it with global support). Since it is set up for a certain area, can I assume the wind and weather patterns change in regards to the Coriolis Effect as show here?

At 25° N, the wind moves from the SW to the NE.
At 25° S, the wind moves from the NW to the SE.
At 0° N to 25° N, the wind moves from the NE to the SW. The same in the Arctic Circle at 66° N.
At 0° S to 25° S, the wind moves from the SE to the NW. The same in the Antarctic Circle at 66° S.
Can the standard compass be modified to allow proper use of the Sager Weathercaster in these areas where it wasn't designed to be used by modifying wind directions to the following?

What I am trying to get at is say the wind is blowing in Australia from the North. Do I need to read that as being from the South in the Sager Weathercaster? Or I am in southern Mexico. Do I need to read the winds as 180° opposites? It seems to me this would all be the case.
