Americanisms are fine... for America. I'm tired of creeping Americanisms in our culture. What is so wrong with 'likely', 'probable' and 'low'?

If you can't understand those you really shouldn't be let out alone. :roll:

I think it's a good sign as it must mean our youths of today understand percentages ;) Now fractions..... that's another story :lol:

So Ray, I guess you don't go in for "Trick or Treat" :)

I do Neil but it's getting expensive. Heating up all that oil ready to tip over unsuspecting extortionists is costing me a fortune! :lol:

But will today's "yoof" understand percentages unless the chance of rain is at least "110%" certain? :o
