I missed the high pressure record by 0.4Hpa Mark. 1039.4 versus 1039.76 back on 11 Sept 2009. Interesting year with so many records broken.

There's a General Discussion - General section. Probably best there instead of in a topic dedicated to new records.

I noticed my system with 10 years of data is showing a few new records for this Sep and Oct.
(The two web pages were edited at different times and use slightly different ways of indicating records).

A new all-time high pressure record for this station. Quite a rarity after nearly 10 years running.

1045.8hPa recorded at 10:36 on 2 January 2019. Now dropped back to 1045.7.

I haven't been recording much data as I got my station for Chrissie, but this rain is getting me excited. 153mm So far today and still 10 hours left  Gonna be a wet week as predictions are 200mm+ for today, 100mm Sunday 150mm Mon & Tuesday, 250mm Wednesday, 60mm Thursday and back to 150mm on Friday. Might need some floaties! Happy Australia Day

A quite remarkable record was set today. It's winter in the UK but today my lowest humidity value of just 29% was achieved. And that new max temp for February was also broken today. All the more remarkable when you consider last year on the 26th we were invaded by "the Beast From The East" with daytime temps below freezing and a wind gust of 53mph!

20C was reached in Wales - the first time 20C has been achieved in the UK in Winter!
