A new wind speed record for me. 24mph for the 10 minute average. Not too shabby for here.

I was hoping my gust speed my go - not too sure. Wind run is on though!

Some October records have been exceeded after having plenty of rain this month (twice the monthly average) and further rainfall is forecast.

Code: Select all

Lowest Maximum 18.9 °C at 12:00 AM on 21 October 2017
Lowest Daily Range 2.1 °C on 17 October 2017
Highest Daily Rainfall 37.3 mm on 15 October 2017
Highest Monthly Rainfall 169.4 mm October 2017
Longest Wet Period 7 days to 18 October 2017
It has been the wettest October in 7 years and it's so much nicer to see green grass instead of brown straw like grass!

Well, some sort of record here... while October is not yet finished so far it has been very very NICE! We can however start to get much colder weather any time.

So far in October:
2017 Average Max 20.9°C and my 10 year Average Max 15.8°C (previous October Average Max 16.9 in 2016, which shows little fluctuation over these 10 years except for this year)
2017 Average Min 9.0°C and my 10 year Average Min 5.7°C (previous October Average Min 3.9°C in 2009)
2017 Average 14.7° and my 10 year Average 10.5° (previous October highest Average 11.6° in 2016)

Enjoying it...
Paul

Falling rapidly here too.

I broke my windspeed record last week, but i'm hoping to get it again soon. I was at 25mph, just need 1mph more. I also need to break 50mph for the wind gust, hoping that will go in the squall line/LEWP that is currently approaching me.
