Frosty night

Post by BillW »

It has been extraordinarily mild in this part of the world for winter.
However the other night it did dip down to just above zero.
When I went to scrape the car it was covered in the most exquisite "frost ferns" I think I've ever seen.
I only had a phone camera to hand but it gives a decent impression of the delicate patterns on the windows.

cheers,
Bill.

Thanks all,

Hi Kurt,

That sounds seriously cold  , recently the temperature has began to vary but for many weeks it seemed as if it was +5C day and night, day after day after day!
Just horrible and damp :(
It was actually nice to have a cold and dry(ish) start to a day!

Cheers,
Bill.
