NL Records in Frebruary, how about the rest of Europe
After a cold period with snow and frost we have pretty extreme high temperatures for February in NL, even in NE Groningen where I live and which is not known for high temperatures in this time of year. So how is everybody in the rest of Europe - OK, inclusive UK - doing now?
