Fixed it myself. I had forgotten that I needed to allow nginx to search the directory containing the time lapse videos

Hints for getting timelapse to show?
I have started to create timelapse videos but cannot get them to be shown on the Meteocam page. My individual images are working well. The videos are created by ffmpeg and are stored in the same directory as the still image. Both the image and timelapse video are stored in the same subdirectory of t...

Re: 3.22.3 Default to data logging?
Also some of us restart CMX on a regular basis to overcome the memory leak(s) in mono. I have three instances running on a Pi4 and restart them every week.

3.22.3 Default to data logging?
Mark,
Is it by design that b3214 defaults to Data Logging enabled?

Re: CumulusMX refuses to open port.
Here are the relevant items from my system. I run three instances of CMX (on ports 8998, 9889, 9898) and all are IP6 connections. System is a PI4 BULLSEYE with MONO V 6.12.0.182 $ netstat -tulnap COMMAND PID USER FD TYPE DEVICE SIZE/OFF NODE NAME mono 12859 root 11u IPv4 15060104 0t0 TCP 127.0.0.1:5...

Re: 6.14.0 Format issues
Yes - I did change the file name to give it the .txt instead of .def! I had done several website regenerations (and cache emptying). What it turns out to be is the word Extra (After Records) in the original file. Extract from original CutilsMenu-example-for-use.def ..... Home Reports Graphs Item Ext...

Re: Relative and Absolute Air pressure
I agree with Mike. Relative Pressure is what the pressure would be at sea level (i.e., Relative to Sea Level); Absolute is the actual pressure you measure. Usually Relative is greater than Absolute, exceptions being: 1/ Readings taken at mean sea level - both Absolute and Relative should be the same...

6.14.0 Format issues
Hans,
I have installed 6.14.0 on one of my CMX systems (WS68) and there seems to be a formatting issue on the menu bar.
If you need to see the issue, please use the main website, select Other and then WS68.
I am attaching the CutilsMenu and log file
Cheers
Phil

Re: strings.ini and posting data using ECOWITTEXTRA
It can be done but you need to define an Ecowitt station in CMX then send the correctly formatted string to this 'station'. I have done this to transfer data from a SKY/AIR Weatherflow system to CMX - but it isn't trivial. This is the http string that I use to transfer data from a meteobridge statio...

Re: Problem with meteocam implementation?
Hans,
I have tried Edge, Firefox and Safari (on iPad) all show the box.
At present there is NO video/timelapse available.
Best site to try it is https://goosegate.uk.

Problem with meteocam implementation?
Hans I have just tried adding a simple webcam to the Cumulusutils page for my main station. It all seems to be going OK until I notice, under the radio buttons for Meteocam and Time Lapse, the very long box. If you click in this I get a selection shown to me that comprises two options one of which i...

External Extra Sensors
Hans,
With b3211 of CumulusMX supporting custom sensor logs is it possible to have the External Extra Sensors to use the same log file naming?
E.G.: Lightning-yyyyMM.txt.
Regards
Phil
