At the moment my thinking is that Cumulus 2 will do the same as Cumulus 1, but I will probably add the combined 'feels like' index. You haven't got warm enough for HI to be applied - so it's probably 'tied' to current temperature.

There are two sources of picture information available: The file creation date, and EXIF (if available) - normally that would be interrogated by some kind of server-side script (eg. php, perl).
