The solution is to get the Ecowitt GW1000, but you need to ensure that the frequency matches your new station. It is available in 433, 868, and 915 MHz.
If your station is 868 MHz you can also order the Froggit DP1500 as it is the same thing as a GW1000 with 868 MHz.

We are talking about the Davis WLL and not Fine Offset. You are misinformed about the WLL. The WLL does not need to say connected to the Internet. It does have logging capabilities. Yes WeatherLink Live is the data logger. It receives the RF signal from the sensors, stores data to then upload it to Weatherlink.com. Then from Weatherlink.com you can send the data to WU and CWOP.
