I did a quick php version same as my Forecast one with language selector, uses the realtime tags.
Also included Wind/Words and a brief on Current Conditions using the CurrentConditions v3 script and (ff) AM/PM to the Times.

Just some feedback if you need it, on your http://ace2weather.com/sunrise.htm it is very jumpy and flashes white between images, though on your http://ace2weather.com/sunrisetest.htm it's perfect nice smooth transition between images and no white flashes.
