Re: Another question
Sorry but I did not get a screen shot and I have no idea as to when conditions will repeat so I can take one. It is not a big deal though I was just curious that's all. There is a chance that the weather will be cold enough because over the next week temps will be down in the 30's but I do not know ...

Re: Another question
Sorry, I hadn't realized that you had indicated that your wind speed was greater then the minimum for calculating Wind Chill that is why I referred to the Wiki link. If the wind is above and the temp below the threshold then it should calculate the wind chill. I presume the wind threshold is the av...

Re: Another question
Sorry guys I must be going about this the wrong way. I know how the wind chill and apparent temp. are calculated but my question is why are the temp and wind chill the same when the temp is 24 degrees and a wind of 5 to 8 mph there should be a wind chill but cumulus shows them the same??? I have the...

Re: Another question
Does http://wiki.sandaysoft.com/a/Temperature_%28and_humidity%29_measurement#Cumulus_Calculated_Parameters help you answer your question? Not really. I had a idea of what apparent temperature was but I was under the impression that when the temperature drops below 40 I think and there is a wind blo...

Another question
I have been noticing that the wind chill temperature and the regular temperature are always the same even when the temperature dropped to 24. Now the apparent temperature was around 18 if I remember correctly. Why is this? I am using fine offset and have a ambient ws2090. I have the box checked to c...

Re: Problem with Fne weather
You missed my point completely. I am New to all of this and in my haste to get things up and running I did not see that. I am glad to see that Mark put it in the FAQ section. I think that cumulus is great and if I had any money I would more than happily donate to the cause. I think every one misunde...

Re: Problem with Fne weather
That did the trick works like a champ now. My Question here is why is information like this not in some kind of help file or part of the set up information. It is small things like this that can make a program a great program instead of just a good one. Bit unfair to criticise people who provide so...

Problem with Fne weather
I am not sure what is going on perhaps I do not have something set up correctly. I have noticed that the third indicator does not appear to be working as I do not see anything in it at all There are no lines or any indicator showing at all. I seem to remember that when I first installed cumulus it w...

Re: WS2090
I deleted the contents of the data folder and that took care of the invalid data
As for the sunrise time I used my I phone to determine my latitude and longitude it should be close enough
latitude 30 16 58 N longitude 81 32 23 W is what I used for Jacksonville, Fla 32246

WS2090
Hello everyone I am new to this forum and have a few questions. I have the WS2090 and was running the easy weather software at the same time I was running the cumulus software. I later realized that I did not need to do that but I received several spikes to the wind and temperature reading it showed...
