Revisiting your page I noticed that the degree symbol in the graphs is corrupted.

Using an editor such as Notepad++ make sure that both your asp page and js file are converted to / saved as UTF-8 (no BOM).

Where ever you want really - as long as you reference it correctly at the bottom of the calling page. It is possible with some careful editing of the relevant js file. (The data / configuration(s) are from a 'donor')

As sfws rather belaboured the point in his usual style, quite simply the script for creating the reports page will only accept a 'fixed' format for the file names.
