Re: Steel Series Gauges 2.4.4 dominant bearings not translat
Yes, the code is just displaying the dominant direction as the weather station supplies it. This is because it is supplied as a string rather than a numeric direction. I'd have to do something based on knowing the station language in order to translate it, that will have to be for a future release, ...

Re: problems with BRC32(batch sequence renamed)
It is pretty easy to zero pad the number, for example a 5 digit number...
Sorry, at work at the moment, so cannot spare the time to incorporate into the rename script - I leave that as an exercise for you
Code: Select all
SET var=1
SET num=0000%var%
SET num=%num:~-5%
ECHO %num%

Re: Meteostick
Yes it looks like the range will be reduced, then page has the comment... Remark: Caused by the form factor RF reach of Meteostick is not as extended as with Davis® Console or Envoy but can be expected fine up to 100 meters. which would probably be fine for me. Hmm, thinks... one of these plugged in...

Meteostick
I just belatedly 'discovered' the Meteostick . This seems like an answer to my problem in that I want my Solar and UV sensors connected to the Wind transmitter, but the Davis VP2 console only supports a single 'ISS'. My reading of the specs looks like it should be possible with this little gadget. T...

I want to add the realtime text file to a single jpg file.
I don't/can't convert the .txt file to a png.

Re: Little day/night chart
I've been playing with my (much out of date) version, and added the ability to show when the Sun has been shining so far today. It needs MySQL and a realtime table to work though.

OK, a version that takes account of the final sunshine for an hour being logged under the next hours datetime stamp, I've cut off the hours 00:00 and 23:00 to avoid the midnight rollover when the counter reset to zero (only affects 23:00, but exclude 00:00 to keep it symmetrical and 12:00 in the cen...

Re: Version 2.5?
There are still a few issues I need to sort out, the problem is paid work has taken a priority lately. I'm on holiday in July, so I can't see me getting anything out before August at the moment. It has been so long I'll have to go back and remind myself what still needs to be fixed!

Re: Saratoga templates and Steel Series Gauges .. now fully
But that obviously isn't the file you are using on your web site. Ah!.... Looking more closely at your page I see the following comment in the source code... <!-- Steel Series Gauges template (gauges-ss-basic-inc.php) not found in ./ssg/. Using default HTML for gauges. --> <!-- default HTML is being...

Re: Saratoga templates and Steel Series Gauges .. now fully
I don't know, you must be using an old version on the 'include' file. The version of "gauges-ss-basic-inc.php" in the 2.4.4 zip file definitely uses RGraph.rose.min.js

Re: Saratoga templates and Steel Series Gauges .. now fully
Actually, thinking about it, your page shouldn't even be trying to to load that file, it was used in a much older version of the scripts. It should be using the RGraph.rose.min.js file like your other page http://www.elgheko.us/gauges-ss.htm
