Dayfile anomaly

An error I can’t explain – on the 22/3 I have a significant spike in my pressure reading 1026.6 @ 19:21 . Pressure reading from the March log 19:20 is 1001.0 and at 19:25 it’s 1001.1 ?? I have the spike removal set to 2mb so I can’t see why the dayfile.txt has recorded the spike. I’ve not found anyt...

Re: Recent rainfall in East Sussex

As yet I have not altered/edited my totals but you can see all the data on my site, here is a quick link to the climate data http://www.pc-king.co.uk/weather/climate.php . I'm still concerned about the difference between mine and other sites..... :o My rain gauge is quite firm and not prone to error...

Re: Recent rainfall in East Sussex

I too have very high rainfall values which I think aren't accurate. However, measuring the values in a bucket do make me think there not that far off. Do you have a website so I can see your values? However, to answer your question you might like to take a look at the Sussex University results http:...

Correcting data after station locked

I have just been away a week and have come back to find that the station locked and Cumulus stopped recording data fro 30/3/2013. I have a backup station which records data in parallel so I have used the back-up to restore Cumulus back to the 30/3 and connected the backup station to download the mis...

Re: March 2013 UK cold snap

We're having fabulous weather here for Easter. OK, it's not "hot", but we don't expect that, but we're having lots of sunshine and light winds. Steve - I can almost sense a little smugness in your post..... I'm suffering from SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) but putting on a brave face :)

Re: Storm on the way

Hi Steve,
Perhaps it's time to get that wind turbine sorted but I expect it would struggle in 85 mph winds!!
Just business as usual for you but do stay safe :)

Re: Now available - metar-display.php for non-Saratoga templ

I wonder if someone might be able to point me in the right direction. I have installed the script and, I think, made the right variable changes but as you will see it's not working correctly. http://www.pc-king.co.uk/weather/metar-display.php 1. The icons are not being diplayed 2. The distance from...
